Frequently Asked Questions
Meem is currently piloting in Singapore. Most of the asatizah listed are based in Singapore and are only available for in-person lessons within the country. However, online classes and services are open to everyone, regardless of location. We aspire to be present in more countries in the future.
Easy, follow these steps:
- Head to beta.usemeem.com
- Find the class/service you need
- Click "book now"
- Browse and select the ustaz/ustazah/service provider you prefer
- Select the date and time you wish to have the session
- Share your details
- Confirm your booking by making payment
Done! You'll then receive an email with the ustaz/ustazah/provider's contact detail. You can reach out to discuss details before the appointment to ensure a smooth session later.
Debit or credit card. We plan to introduce more options in the future.

We understand—sometimes plans change.
To cancel your booking, simply inform your ustaz(ah) directly or email us at admin@usemeem.com.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll receive a refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as we aim to discourage last-minute changes.
- If you’ve booked and paid for multiple sessions, only the unused sessions will be refunded.
So if you need to cancel, please inform your ustaz(ah) as early as possible.
